Who handles your information

What we collect

• Contact details and messages you send us.
• Application and intake answers, which can include goals, training history, health context, and current protocols.
• Coaching plans, check-ins, activity logs, progress information, and the messages needed to provide coaching.
• Purchase and billing records from Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not entered into this website.
• Website usage and referral information. The live website uses Google Analytics for page and conversion measurement.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, evaluate whether a coaching offer fits your request, process and support a purchase, deliver and improve your coaching, keep business records, and address billing or service questions. We use website measurement to understand how visitors use the site.

Services involved

Stripe handles checkout and billing. Everfit supports coaching delivery and logging. Telegram supports direct coach communication. Resend sends application and confirmation emails. Google Analytics measures site visits and conversion events. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices as well as their arrangements with Joseph Lee Fitness.

Information saved in your browser

The main application can save an unfinished draft in your browser's local storage so you can resume it. A PRIME quiz can also save a temporary draft in local storage. Clearing browser storage removes those local drafts. When you submit a form, its answers are sent to Joseph Lee Fitness through the website and email service.

Records and requests

We keep information as needed to deliver coaching, handle payments and disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal duties. You can ask about your information, request a correction, or ask about deletion at joseph@josephleefitness.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business reasons. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live and the law that applies.
