1:1 Coaching Terms
These terms cover new 1:1 coaching purchases from Joseph Lee Fitness. The offer and price shown at checkout are part of your agreement.

1. Your order
Joseph Lee provides coaching under the Joseph Lee Fitness brand. Your checkout and receipt identify the option you select, its price, billing schedule, term, and renewal status. Current public 1:1 options are $1,170 for three months, $2,115 for six months, or $3,740 for twelve months, each paid once upfront. Prices are in US dollars. Monthly coaching is no longer offered to new clients. A different private offer must state its own terms before payment.
2. What coaching includes
1:1 coaching includes an individualized training, nutrition, and recovery plan in Everfit, progress review, plan adjustments, and direct coaching communication through Telegram. Your assignments and check-ins are tailored to your current phase. The service does not promise a particular physique, health, or performance result.
3. Your part
Provide accurate, current information, complete the separate intake and exercise consent, and tell Joseph when an assignment, symptom, limitation, or medical instruction changes what you can do safely. Missed check-ins or incomplete logs can limit useful adjustments. They do not automatically cancel a subscription.
4. Health decisions
Coaching is education and practical support for training, nutrition, and lifestyle. It does not include diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication or compound changes, or emergency care. Your licensed clinician handles medical decisions. Use appropriate emergency care for urgent medical concerns.
5. Payment and cancellation
Your paid period starts when payment is confirmed. Three-, six-, and twelve-month upfront purchases end after their selected term and do not renew automatically. Existing monthly memberships renew at their current price each month until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal through the Stripe billing portal or by emailing joseph@josephleefitness.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and coaching remains available through the period already paid for. An installment offer needs its own written total, payment dates, and final-charge terms.
6. Refunds and billing problems
Paid periods are nonrefundable once payment is confirmed, except where applicable law requires otherwise or your order expressly promises a refund. There is no results guarantee. Payment does not replace Joseph's obligation to deliver the purchased service. Email joseph@josephleefitness.com if a charge appears wrong or a purchased service was not delivered. This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the short version.
7. Privacy and records
The Privacy Notice describes how application, intake, coaching, billing, and communication information is handled. Stripe processes payments, Everfit supports coaching delivery, and Telegram supports direct communication. A website update does not retroactively change the terms of an earlier purchase.
